You can cancel your order directly from your Account Orders Page at any time before the item is packed and dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed via the portal.
Return requests must be submitted within 4 to 5 days from the date of doorstep delivery. Requests raised after 5 days cannot be accepted due to hygiene and quality guidelines.
To qualify for a valid return, items (such as kurtis, suits, and fabrics) must remain unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with intact brand tags and inner packaging.
Once your return request is approved, carefully package the item and dispatch it back to our Kanpur facility. Please ensure secure sealing to prevent transit damage.
Refunds are initiated following quality verification upon receipt at our dispatch facility. Once inspected and approved, the refund amount will be credited back to your original bank account/payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
